Three Bean Salad
This dish is a must have at any braai but can also be served with grilled chicken breasts as a light summer dinner option!
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tin kidney beans, drained and washed
- 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g green beans, toped and tailed
- 30 g rocket, washed
- 30 ml Knorr light greek salad dressing
- Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Serve immediately.
