Got guests over but no power to whip up something truly impressive? Bowl them over with these fuss-free Biltong Wraps. 

Tips

For an alternative version, use a cabbage leaf to wrap the filling in. 

Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons prepared basil pesto
  • 600 grams chilli biltong strips
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 2 teaspoons sun-dried tomato pesto (optional)
  • 160 grams baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 125 ml Hellmann's Original mayonnaise
  • 1 small red cabbage
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl mix together onion, basil pesto, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sun-dried tomato pesto.

  2. Place biltong and cabbage on wraps, drizzle with sauce mixture, finish off with baby spinach leaves and fold!
