Make eating well a breeze with this healthy and super satisfying Buddha Bowl. 
Ingredients
  • 1/2 tin of chickpeas
  • 1/2 tin of black beans
  • 1/2 tin of lentils
  • 1 small tin of small kernel corn
  • A handful of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • freshly ground black peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons Hellmann's Original mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons grated beetroot
  • 1 sliced peppadew pepper
  • 1 handful chopped coriander
Cooking Method
  1. Drain chickpeas, black beans, lentils and corn and place in large mixing bowl.

  2. Add diced red onion, feta, grated beetroot, sliced peppadew, and coriander to bowl.

  3. Combine all the ingredients together with Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise and season with Robertsons Atlantic Salt and Robertsons Black Pepper.
