A comfort food classic with less guilt! 
Ingredients
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
  • 3.75 ml or 3/4 tsp Robertsons Crushed Garlic
  • 2.5 ml or 1/2 tsp Robertsons Origanum
  • 1.25 ml or 1/4 tsp Robertsons Black Pepper
  • 1.8 kg chicken pieces, skin removed
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise
Cooking Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Combine bread crumbs, garlic salt, herbs and black pepper in shallow dish; set aside.

  3. Add chicken and Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise to large plastic freezer bag; shake to evenly coat.

  4. Remove chicken, then lightly dip in crumb mixture.

  5. Arrange chicken on large baking tray.

  6. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
