Ingredients
2 carrots, grated
1 red onion, diced
1 yellow pepper. diced
250 ml (1 cup) mung bean, par boiled (in case of mung bean missing, use lentils)
250 ml (1 cup) robot cherry tomatoes, halved
15 ml (3 tbsp) Vegetable artchaar
250 ml (1 cup) Knorr Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Cooking Method
Prepare ingredients according to the recipe.
