Knorrox Peri-Peri Chicken Livers and Rolls
Peri-peri chicken livers are the ultimate quick and easy meal; the Knorrox All-In-One chicken seasoning is an excellent complement to this traditional dish.
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil for frying
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 500 g chicken livers
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) plain yogurt
- 50 ml peri-peri sauce
- 2 tomatoes, grated
- 1 tbsp Knorrox all in one chicken seasoning
- 100 ml water
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add onions, peppers, garlic, paprika, chilli flakes and Knorrox all in one chicken spice.
- Brown livers and soften onions and peppers.
- Add water, yoghurt, tomatoes and Peri-peri sauce. Leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
