Sweet, sticky, spicy and simply irresistible! These tender thighs seasoned with Robertsons Chicken Spice hit all the spots when it comes to taste and flavour. Serve them with a crisp green salad and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon. 
Ingredients
  • 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of honey
  • 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of tomato sauce
  • 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of sweet chilli sauce
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 30 ml or 2 tbsp Robertsons Chicken Spice
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 22.5 ml or 1½ tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 62.5 ml or ¼ cup of sliced spring onions
Cooking Method
  1. Mix the honey, tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and Robertsons Chicken Spices together.

  2. Pour over the chicken thighs and marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  3. Pre heat the oven to 180ºC.

  4. Place the chicken thighs on a tray and bake for 40 - 45 minutes, basting frequently until crispy and golden brown.

  5. Scatter with sesame seeds and spring onions and serve.
