Serve with savoury rice.
Heat oil over medium/high heat, add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add peppers and continue frying until onion is slightly browned.
Add Rajah curry powder and fry for a minute. Add beef, stir, and continue frying until beef is slightly brown in colour.
Add Robertsons Steak and Chops, tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft in texture and orange in colour.
Add ½ a cup of water, Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot, stir, cover with the lid and simmer on medium heat for 30/40 minutes while stirring frequently.
Mix ½ a cup of water with Knorr Brown Onion Soup, stir and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat or until the sauce has reached the desired consistency.
