Peel and clean the prawns and pat dry on kitchen paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, Robertsons Braai & Grill All-In-One, Robertsons Crushed Chillies and garlic.
Add the prawns and toss well. Cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Heat your grill to medium.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic and sweet chilli sauce, and tip into a serving bowl.
Thread two prawns onto each wooden skewer. Grill the prawns over a medium heat for about two minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve with lime wedges and the sweet chilli aioli on the side.
