Serve with samp and beans.
Heat oil in a medium size pot, add onion and fry until slightly brown in colour. Add garlic, celery and fry for a minute.
Add Rajah Curry Powder and continue to fry for a minute.
Add beef tongue and cook until it gains colour.
Add Aromat beef, water, fresh thyme and Robertsons Crushed Chilies, bring to the boil and simmer on medium heat until the meat is cooked with desired consistency.
