Bite into our delicious Parmesan Crusted Roasted Vegetables made with Hellmann's® Original Mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and more. 
Ingredients
  • 1 kg or 6 cups fresh vegetables, sliced 1cm thick
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise
  • 62.5 ml or 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml or 2 Tbsp Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
Cooking Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, then arrange vegetables in a single layer.

  3. Combine Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise with cheese in small bowl.

  4. Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture over vegetables, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  5. Bake 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and golden brown.
