For a deeply flavourful, and intensely savoury vegetarian grill, try these gently spiced braaied mushrooms made with olive oil and Robertsons Braai & Grill All-In-One Spice. 
Ingredients
  • 750 g Black Mushrooms (about 8 mushrooms)
  • 45 ml Olive Oil
  • 30 ml or 2 tbsp Robertsons Braai & Grill All-in-One Spice
Cooking Method
  1. Clean mushrooms of any soil residue with some paper towel.

  2. Then place on an oven tray and drizzle liberally with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle with Robertsons Braai & Grill All-in-One Spice.

  4. Once the fire is ready place the mushrooms on the grill and cook until golden brown on the outside and soft and hot in the middle.
