Rajah All-in-One Curry Powder adds inviting aromas and flavours to this comforting meaty beef bones curry, with cabbage and potatoes packing in plenty of fibre. Serve piping hot with pap or rice. 
Ingredients
  • 10 ml ( 2 tsp) vegetable oil
  • 23 gram onions
  • 62 gram ( cubed ) green peppers
  • 10 gram garlic
  • 13 gram Rajah All-In-One Curry Powder
  • 500 gram Meaty beef bones
  • 160 gram potatoes
  • 300 gram White cabbage
  • 5 gram paprika
  • 150 gram tomato
  • 240 ml water
  • 25 gram tomato paste
  • 4.25 gram salt
  • 22 gram Knorr Minestrone Dry Soup Mix (or Knorr soup of choice) mixed with water
Cooking Method
  1. Heat the oil in a deep saucepan.

  2. Add onions and peppers and sauté until onions are translucent.

  3. Add garlic and ginger and mix well.

  4. Add All in One Rajah Curry Powder and mix well.

  5. Add meaty beef bones and mix well for 2 minutes.

  6. Add cabbage and potatoes and mix well.

  7. Add tomato and mix well.

  8. Add water and mix well and simmer for 10min.

  9. Add tomato paste and simmer for 4min.

  10. Add salt and mix well.

  11. Add Knorr soup of your choice and simmer well for 5min.

  12. Serve with pap or rice.

  13. Garnish with cabbage & coriander.
