Preheat oven to 180°C
Place the chicken thighs, skin side up in an oven proof dish
Season with Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt
Robertsons Freshly ground Black Pepper and cook in the oven for 20 minutes until well browned
Remove dish from oven and drain off any excess fat
In a bowl mix together the Knorr Creamy Mushroom Sauce, cream, water, mayonnaise and chutney until combined
Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the onions and mushrooms for 5 minutes
Scatter the onions and mushrooms over the chicken pieces, then pour over the sauce
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown on top and the sauce has thickened
Serve with rice
