Part B — Meal Seeker Terms
4. Find A Meal Near Me
4.1 The "Find a meal near me" feature connects Users who are looking for access to free meals ("Meal Seekers") with Give a Bull Kitchens registered community kitchens in their area.
4.2 To use this feature you will be asked to provide your general area or neighbourhood. This information is used solely to match you with kitchens in your vicinity and is not shared publicly or with any third party other than as necessary to operate the matching function.
4.3 Meal availability is determined entirely by registered kitchen owners. Unilever does not guarantee the availability of meals at any kitchen at any time.
4.4 Users who RSVP to a meal event are encouraged to notify the kitchen if they are unable to attend so that their portion can be made available to someone else.
4.5 This service is provided with dignity and respect. No personal information beyond your area is required to access this feature. No User will be asked to justify their need for a meal.
IMPORTANT — MEALS CONSUMED AT OWN RISK: Meals served through the Give a Bull Kitchens programme are prepared and served entirely by independent kitchen owners. Unilever does not prepare, inspect, certify, or endorse any meals served through the programme. All persons who collect or consume meals through this service do so entirely at their own risk and discretion. Unilever accepts no liability for any health consequences, illness, injury, or harm arising from the consumption of any meals served through the Give a Bull Kitchens programme.
4.6 Unilever is not responsible for and makes no representation regarding:
(a) The nutritional content, safety, or hygiene of meals served by any registered kitchen;
(b) The storage, preparation, or handling of food by any kitchen owner;
(c) Any allergens present in meals served through the programme; or

Once a donation is processed and delivered to a kitchen, Unilever has no control over and accepts no liability for the use, storage, handling, distribution, or misuse of donated items or vouchers by any kitchen owner or third party. Donors make donations at their own discretion and accept that Unilever cannot guarantee how donated items will be used.
7.1 The Channel facilitates two donation mechanics:

7.2 Donations are transactions between the donor and the relevant retail partner. Unilever is not a party to those transactions and accepts no liability for any failure in delivery, product quality, voucher issuance, or voucher redemption.
7.3 All donated items and vouchers are delivered directly to registered kitchen owners. Unilever does not handle, inspect, or take possession of any donated items at any point.
7.4 Unilever makes no representation or warranty that donated items will be used in any particular way. While Kitchen Owners are contractually obligated under clause 6.1(d) to use donations for community feeding purposes, Unilever cannot guarantee compliance and accepts no liability for any misuse of donated items by any kitchen owner.
