Mutton Sishebo 
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 1.5 onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rajah All-in-one curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Robertsons Steak & Chops spice
  • 500 g mutton pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 2.5 g Knorrox Mutton stock cube
  • 2 tbsp Knorr minestrone soup
Cooking Method
  1. In a pot, heat oil and fry the chopped onion until browned

  2. Add the Rajah All-in-One Curry Powder, Robertsons Steak & Chop Spice and tomatoes

  3. Fry for about 2 minutes

  4. Add the mutton pieces to the same pot and fry until well browned

  5. Add the potatoes, carrots, water and a Knorrox Mutton Stock Cube

  6. Stir well and allow to simmer with the lid on for approximately 45 minutes or until the meat is tender

  7. Stir occasionally

  8. Mix the Knorr Minestrone Soup with 4 tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste, add it to the pot and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sishebo has thickened

  9. Serve with rice or pap
