Crack and Whisk: • Crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl. • Add the milk
Heat the Pan: • Place a frying pan over medium-low heat. • Add the butter to the pan and let it melt completely. Swirl the pan to coat the bottom evenly with the melted butter.
Cook the Eggs: • Pour the egg mixture into the pan. • Allow the eggs to sit undisturbed for a few moments until they start to set around the edges. • Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pulling them from the edges toward the center. Continue to cook over medium-low heat.
Stir Gently: • Keep stirring the eggs gently, pushing and folding them over from the edges to the center. • Cook until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny. They will continue to cook a bit after you remove them from the heat, so it's better to undercook slightly.
Finish and Serve: • Remove the pan from the heat while the eggs are still slightly creamy and soft. • Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh herbs like chives or parsley if desired.
