Serve with the Knorr One Pot Roast Chicken, Potatoes and Veg
Add the potatoes to a large pot, cover with water and season to taste, bring to the boil then reduce to simmer until soft.
Once cooked, drain the potatoes, and place them aside to cool.
In the meantime, add water in a medium size pot, bring to the boil. Add eggs and boil for 8 – 10 minutes, then set aside for cooling.
De-shell and roughly chop the boiled eggs after cooling.
In one bowl add potatoes, eggs, onion, Robertsons dried parsley, Aromat original and Knorr Creamy Greek Dressing, mix well and serve.
