You’ll need just four ingredients plus our versatile Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder to make this yummy chicken and corn combo. Marinate your chicken wings in BBQ sauce and the curry powder for an hour, grill (or braai) them until crispy, and serve with spicy chargrilled corn cobs.
Ingredients
  • 16 chicken wings
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) BBQ sauce
  • 45 ml (3 Tbsp) Rajah mild & spicy curry powder
  • 4 corn cobs
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) vegetable oil
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, toss together the chicken wings, BBQ sauce and 30ml (2 Tbsp) of the Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.

  2. Prepare the corn by removing the husks. Drizzle over the oil and dust with the remaining 15ml (1 Tbsp) Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder. Toss well to combine.

  3. Heat your grill to medium.

  4. Add the chicken wings and grill, turning often, for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through and crisp.

  5. When the chicken is almost done, put the corn on the grill and cook until nicely charred all over.

  6. Serve hot.
