Halve the Cherry Tomatoes: Cut them in half.
Slice the Red Onion: Thinly slice the red onion.

Heat the Oil: Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Lay Out the Wraps: Place the high-fiber wraps flat on a clean surface.

Fold and Roll: Fold in the sides of each wrap and roll them up tightly from the bottom. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for easier handling and serving.
