This Spicy Chicken Burger is quick and simple to prepare, which makes it ideal for a mid-week dinner! By seasoning the succulent chicken breasts with Rajah Mild and Spicy, you can expect loads of flavour. Serve with rocket and fresh fries. 
Ingredients
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil
  • 1 medium onion, julienne sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 45 ml (3tbsp) Rajah curry powder, mild & spicy
  • 3 chicken breasts sliced into thick strips
  • 5 g (1tsp) salt
  • 5 g (1tsp) pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 10 g fresh rocket
Cooking Method
  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat, add chicken, garlic, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and Rajah curry powder.

  2. Cook for 5 minutes until the spices and mixed are cooked and mixed well.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of mayo and mix well in the pan for 1 minute

  4. Switch off the stove and put the lid on.

  5. Cut the burger bun in half and butter both side and toast until golden brown.

  6. Add the cooked chicken on the bun and top with mozzarella cheese

  7. Top with fresh rocket and serve with French fries
