The secret to making this a delectable stir fry is by seasoning the chicken breasts with our versatile Rajah Mild and Spicy Curry Powder before cooking. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped chives for the perfect, tasty result. 
Ingredients
  • 300 g chicken sliced breasts
  • 1 yellow pepper Julienne sliced
  • 1 red pepper julienne slices
  • 1 green pepper julienne sliced
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • (3 tbsp) 45 ml Rajah mild & spicy curry powder
  • (2 tbsp) 30 ml oil
  • (1 tsp) 10 ml crushed black pepper
  • 500 g noodles
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) salt
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) pepper to taste
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) chopped chives
Cooking Method
  1. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Season with Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder on both sides.

  2. Preheat a pan on medium/high heat and add 2 tablespoons oil.

  3. Place the chicken on a pan and sauté.

  4. Add all the peppers and mushrooms and sauté for 2 min.

  5. Add cooked noodles and mix well.

  6. Add salt and pepper.

  7. Mix well all the ingredients and make sure they are all cooked.

  8. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle chives.
