Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Season with Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder on both sides.
Preheat a pan on medium/high heat and add 2 tablespoons oil.
Place the chicken on a pan and sauté.
Add all the peppers and mushrooms and sauté for 2 min.
Add cooked noodles and mix well.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix well all the ingredients and make sure they are all cooked.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle chives.
