3 large eggs filled with baby spinach and feta cheese seasoned with Aromat cheese for taste and cherry tomatoes on the side.
Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • Aromat 5 ml (or to taste) cheese seasoning
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 cup (30 grams) fresh spinach leaves, washed and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup (35 grams) feta cheese, crumbled
Cooking Method

Prepare Ingredients:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, and whisk together until well combined.

  2. Season with Aromat Cheese seasoning.

Cook Spinach:

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  2. If using garlic, add the minced garlic to the pan and fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). Remove the spinach from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Omelette:

  1. Reduce the heat to medium-low.

  2. Pour the beaten eggs into a frying pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.

  3. Allow the eggs to cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes, or until they start to set around the edges but are still slightly runny in the center.

Add Fillings:

  1. Evenly distribute the cooked spinach and crumbled feta cheese over one-half of the omelet.

Fold the Omelette:

  1. Gently fold the other half of the omelet over the filling.

  2. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is slightly melted.

Tips:

  1. For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of fresh herbs like dill or parsley.

  2. If you prefer, you can also add other vegetables such as diced tomatoes or bell peppers.
