Fine 2-min noodles with fried eggs seasoned with Aromat cheese. 
Ingredients
  • 1 pack (200 grams) Maggi 2-minutes noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 30 ml (2 tbls) cooking oil (canola or vegetable oil)
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 small, finely chopped onion
  • 1 small, thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 2 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Aromat original seasoning: (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • pinch of chilli flakes (for garnish, optional)
Cooking Method

Cook the Noodles:

  1. Prepare Noodles: Cook the Maggi 2-Minute Noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Scramble the Eggs:

  1. Beat Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

  2. Cook Eggs: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

  1. Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

  2. Add Bell Pepper: Add the thinly sliced bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly tender.

Combine Ingredients:

  1. Add Noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the pan.

  2. Season: Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of Aromat Original Seasoning. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.

  3. Add Eggs Back: Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and mix everything together until evenly combined.

Garnish and Serve:

  1. Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and a pinch of chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.

  2. Serve: Dish up the noodles hot and enjoy!
