Prepare Noodles: Cook the Maggi 2-Minute Noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Beat Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
Cook Eggs: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
Add Bell Pepper: Add the thinly sliced bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly tender.
Add Noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
Season: Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of Aromat Original Seasoning. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
Add Eggs Back: Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and mix everything together until evenly combined.
Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and a pinch of chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.
Serve: Dish up the noodles hot and enjoy!
