Put the beef cubes in a bowl and add the Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder, Aromat Original Seasoning and flour. Toss the cubes in the spice and flour mix so they are well coated.
Heat the oil in a large pot over a medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes, in batches if necessary, and fry them on all sides until they are golden brown.
Add the onions and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the carrots, potatoes, Knorrox Beef Stock Cubes and water, and stir well.
Cover the pot with a lid and cook over a medium-low heat for about 1 hour, or until the beef is tender and the gravy has thickened.
Serve hot with steam bread or rice.
