Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté for 5 minutes or until soft. Add garlic and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
Increase the heat and add cleaned chicken livers. Cook for 5minutes.
Add prego sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and Aromat Peri Peri.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve the chicken livers with bread.
