Aromat Double Cheese Slaw Beef Burger

Everyone deserves a treat once in a while. This burger is the perfect Friday night meal. The coleslaw adds crunch, tanginess, and colour. 
Ingredients
  • 800 g or 10 beef burgers
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp oil
  • 5 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves shredded
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 5 large 28 g slices of cheddar cheese
  • 5 large 28 g slices of mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp Aromat Chilli Beef

Coleslaw

  • 4 cups of grated or shredded cabbage
  • 2.5 ml or 1/2 tsp Knorr Aromat Seasoning (Original)
  • 100 ml or 6 tbsp Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise
Cooking Method
  1. Season beef burgers/patties with Aromat Chilli Beef.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry patties for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel.

  3. Slice the burger rolls open and start layering the burger with lettuce. Add one slice of tomatoes, the beef patty, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.

  4. Add a secondary patty and then end off with two tablespoons of coleslaw. Place the top bun on top of the burger bun to complete the burger.

  5. Serve with crinkled potato chips or French fries.
