Aromat Chilli Beef Wors Rolls

These wors rolls make for a perfect "grab and go" breakfast or lunch. 
Ingredients
  • 1.2 kg Boerewors
  • 30 ml or 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp Aromat Chilli Beef
  • 7.5 ml or 1 tsp of brown sugar
  • 10 fresh hot dog rolls
  • 64 g or 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 120 ml 1/2 cup Mustard sauce
Cooking Method
  1. Prepare the boerewors by cutting it into ten pieces.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the boerewors for 5 minutes per side. Remove the boerewors from the frying pan and place on a paper towel.

  3. In the same pan, add sliced onions, Aromat Chilli Beef and sugar. Sauté the onions for 10 minutes or until cooked and caramelized.

  4. Slice the hot dog rolls open and place boerewors in each roll.

  5. Top up each roll with the onions mixture and then finish off with tomato and mustard sauce.
