Cut off the edges of 8 sandwich bread slices. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread then place 1 tablespoon of chicken curry, eggs, cheese, season with Aromat and carefully fold the bread slice in a triangle shape and tightly seal all the edges. Prepare all bread slices similarly and set aside.
Combine the melted butter with fresh herbs, season with Aromat and gently brush the prepared bread slices.
Place the bread pockets in the air fryer, set the air fryer on 180*, air fry for 15 minutes, halfway through brush the bread samosas with the remaining melted margarine.
