Londeka is passionate about dumplings! At a cook off in school, she discovered her love for making dumplings when she had to come up with a creative solution for serving mince. Ever since, she’s delved deeper into the world of dumplings and gains a lot of pleasure from making them. So it’s no surprise that her winning dish is homemade dumplings, filled with deliciously seasoned pork mince.
