For a deeply flavourful, and intensely savoury vegetarian grill, try these gently spiced braaied mushrooms made with olive oil and Robertsons Braai & Grill All-In-One Spice.
- 750 g Black Mushrooms (about 8 mushrooms)
- 45 ml Olive Oil
- 30 ml or 2 tbsp Robertsons Braai & Grill All-in-One Spice
- Clean mushrooms of any soil residue with some paper towel.
- Then place on an oven tray and drizzle liberally with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with Robertsons Braai & Grill All-in-One Spice.
- Once the fire is ready place the mushrooms on the grill and cook until golden brown on the outside and soft and hot in the middle.
