Mince and Potato Bake
Tips
To add more goodness to your bake, don't peel the potatoes before you parboil them. Potato skins are rich in fibre! A tip for reducing the amount of fat in this dish: after you've cooked the mince and onions, tip them into a sieve set over your sink, drain away excess oil, then return them to the pan.
