Ingredients

10 kg Samp
5 kg sugar beans
5 kg onion chopped
5 Knorrox garlic cubes
12 Knorrox Beef stock cubes
400 g Knorrox Beef Soup

Preparation method

ungrouped
Boil samp and sugar beans in a large pot until soft then set aside.
In a large pot, fry onions at medium heat until soft and golden brown.
Add garlic cubes and stir in Knorrox Beef Stock Cube and pour in the Knorrox Beef Soup for slight thickening. mix in the cooked samp then allow to simmer
