- 10 kg Samp
- 5 kg sugar beans
- 5 kg onion chopped
- 5 Knorrox garlic cubes
- 12 Knorrox Beef stock cubes
- 400 g Knorrox Beef Soup
- Boil samp and sugar beans in a large pot until soft then set aside.
- In a large pot, fry onions at medium heat until soft and golden brown.
- Add garlic cubes and stir in Knorrox Beef Stock Cube and pour in the Knorrox Beef Soup for slight thickening. mix in the cooked samp then allow to simmer
