Honey Satay Chicken Stir Fry

A simple and easy to follow recipe for creating your own satay chicken stir fry! 
Ingredients
  • 15 ml sunflower oil
  • 500 g skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 Knorr chicken stock pot
  • 45 ml honey
  • 30 ml Dijon mustard
  • 400 ml water
  • 45 ml peanut butter
  • 15 ml reduced salt soy sauce
  • 1 cup green beans, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • cup spring onions, sliced
  • 500 ml rice, uncooked
Cooking Method
  1. Boil rice until tender then drain and set aside

  2. Heat sunflower oil in a large pan and brown chicken

  3. Add onion, KNORR Chicken Stock Pot, Honey, Dijon Mustard, water, peanut butter and soy, cover and simmer for 10 minutes

  4. Add beans and red pepper. Cover and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes

  5. Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle with spring onions
