Ingredients

- 125 ml cooking oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 green peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Robertsons Peri-Peri
- 1 tbsp Rajah hot curry powder
- 6 large tomatoes, grated
- 4 large carrots, peeled grated
- 1 tin baked beans in tomato sauce
- 1 Knorrox chilli Beef Stock Cube
- 2 tbsp Knorr Curry Vegetable Soup
- 400 g Boerewors, grilled
Preparation method

- Warm the oil in a pot for 1 minute
- Add onions and green pepper and fry together with the Robertsons Peri-peri and Rajah Hot Curry Powder until onions are soft
- Add the grated carrots, tomatoes, baked beans and Knorrox Chilli Beef Stock Cube, and mix well
- Allow the mixture to cook for 15 - 20 minutes on medium heat
- Stir the mixture every 5 minutes to ensure that it does not stick, and becomes smooth
- Mix the Knorr Curry Vegetable Soup with 4 tablespoons of water to make a smooth paste
- Add it to the pot and allow your dish to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously until it becomes thick
- Serve with boerewors and pap
