Meatball Kebabs
Make your own meatballs, and for added effect thread them onto skewers - the kids and their friends will love them!

Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 600 g beef or chicken mince
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- 30 ml Knorr Tasty Hearty beef soup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 25 ml coriander, chopped
- 1 ml salt to season
- 250 g streaky bacon
- 1 ml Robertsons black pepper to taste
Preparation method
- Mix all the ingredients, except the bacon, to make the meatballs
- Shape the mince mixture into small rounds and wrap one rasher of bacon around each ball
- Thread 3-4 balls onto each skewer
- Repeat until all the ingredients are used up
- Cook in the oven on a baking tray at 180°C or on the braai until cooked through
- Serve with a basil mash made up of creamy mashed potato with 1 tablespoon of finely chopped basil or pesto sauce
