Sprinkle some cheddar or parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes. )
Drain and set aside, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Sauté onion until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, Knorrox stock powder and seasoning.
Simmer uncovered for 15- 20 minutes.
Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and coat well. Plate, sprinkle with cheese and fresh basil and serve with love.
