Robot peppers, broccoli and cauliflower add so much vivid colour and extra nutrition to the easy home-style sishebo. Use our famous Knorr Brown Onion soup to thicken your stew, and enjoy this family feast with pap, rice or mash. 
Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks and thighs
  • 1 tsp Robertsons steak & Chops Spice
  • 1 tsp Robertsons chicken spice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rajah mild & spicy curry powder
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 Knorrox chicken stock cube
  • 1 tbsp Knorr minestrone soup
  • 1 tbsp Knorr brown onion Soup
Cooking Method
  1. Spice your meat with the Robertsons Spices. Fry your onion with your Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry

  2. Add your spiced meat and cook for 20 to 25 minutes

  3. Add your peppers, broccoli and cauliflower along with your Knorrox Stock Cube & Knorr Soups. Let it cook until your veggies are ready. You now have your perfect sishebo
