Immerse yourself in the earthy sweetness of beetroot, complemented by the creamy richness of feta, all balanced by a delightful crunch of nuts - all balanced by the immune-boosting Knorr Greek Salad Dressing with Moringa.

Ingredients
  • 2 beetroot (fresh), cut in half and sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 12.5 ml (½ cup) olives, halved
  • 1 disc, feta
  • 5 ml (1tsp) mint, chopped 1 cup
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Knorr Greek Salad Dressing with Moringa
Cooking Method
  1. Add beetroot to a large pot, cover with water and bring to the boil then reduce to simmer until soft.

  2. Drain the beetroot and place them aside to cool, then peel and slice for later use.

  3. In one medium size bowl, add beetroot, red onion, olives, feta cheese (crumble) mint and Knorr Moringa dressing, mix well and serve.
