Serve with the Knorr Three Vegetable Lasagna
Add beetroot to a large pot, cover with water and bring to the boil then reduce to simmer until soft.
Drain the beetroot and place them aside to cool, then peel and slice for later use.
In one medium size bowl, add beetroot, red onion, olives, feta cheese (crumble) mint and Knorr Moringa dressing, mix well and serve.
