A classic Italian favourite that brings family and friends together around the table. Simple yet full of depth, this hearty dish features a rich and savoury meat sauce. Spaghetti Bolognese is the ultimate comfort meal that never goes out of style. 
Ingredients
  • 30 ml oil
  • 1 (150 g) onion, chopped
  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 2 tomatoes (240 g), chopped / whole peeled tomato
  • 140 g carrots, peeled and grated
  • 400 ml water
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 60 g Knorrox Beef stock powder
  • 250 g cooked spaghetti
Cooking Method
  1. In a pan, fry the mince with the onion until browned. fry for 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in all the other contents along with the tomatoes. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

  3. Add beef stock powder

  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
