With hints of beef, this delicious and creamy macaroni sets itself apart from the rest. 
Ingredients
  • 200 g durum wheat macaroni
  • 15 ml sunflower oil
  • 10 ml crushed garlic
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 10 ml Robertsons paprika
  • 400 g extra lean beef mince
  • 2 sachets tomato paste (100g)
  • 28 g Knorr beef stock Cube
  • 500 ml milk
  • 38 g sachet Knorr Creamy Cheese pasta sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Cooking Method
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water (1.2 lt water with 7.5 ml salt) to the boil and cook the pasta until al dente (cooked but still firm to the bite) then drain and set aside

  2. Heat the oil in a large pot or deep pan and fry the garlic, onion and Robertsons Paprika until soft

  3. Add the mince and Knorr Beef Stock cube fry until well browned then stir in the tomato paste and cook for 30 seconds

  4. Add the milk and stir in the contents of the sachet of Knorr Creamy Cheese Pasta Sauce

  5. Allow to simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally

  6. Combine the sauce with the cooked macaroni, transfer to a serving dish and top with cheddar cheese then serve immediately
