Robertsons Chicken Spice, a squeeze of lemon juice, tomato paste, ginger and garlic are all you need to make these mouth-watering chicken wings! 
Ingredients
  • 0.5 cups sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Robertsons chicken spice
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 400 g chicken wings
Cooking Method
  1. Mix oil, lemon juice, Robertsons Chicken Spice, tomato paste garlic and ginger paste – stir well, add the chicken wings, coat each wing with seasoning then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

  2. Roast in pre-heated oven (190°C) for 50 minutes to an hour or until the chicken wings are crispy and cooked through.
