Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
  • 1 medium-sized onion, diced
  • 250 g wild, sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) crushed garlic
  • 500 g penne pasta
  • 300 g chicken fillet julienned
  • 125 ml Knorrox Garlic and onion stock powder
  • 250 ml (1 cup) tomato (blended)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese
Cooking Method
  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add onion, garlic chicken, mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.

  2. Add tomato and mix well until and simmer for 1 min.

  3. Add garlic and onion stock powder and mix well.

  4. Add cream and mix well.

  5. Serve a bowl and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
