Serve with vetkoek.
Place the Knorrox Soya Mince Chilli Beef Flavour in a bowl with the water and set aside to soak.
Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the onion and green pepper until soft.
Add the beef mince and fry until well browned.
Add the soaked Knorrox Soya Mince together with the potatoes, water and Knorrox Chilli Beef Stock Cubes and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the frozen peas and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
