- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
- 1 fresh red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp Robertsons cumin
- 1 cup sugar beans, parboiled
- 1 cup black eyed beans, parboiled
- 1 Knorrox beef stock cube (dissolved in hot water)
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- ¼ cup Knorrox chilli beef flavour soya mince (dissolved in ½ -1 cup cold water)
