Ingredients

750 g chicken neck
30 ml oil
1 onion, chopped
5 ml Rajah mild & Spicy curry powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
15 ml Robertsons chicken spice
250 ml water
1 packet Knorr Chakalaka Soup
250 ml McCains diced frozen carrots

Preparation method

ungrouped
Brown the chicken necks in oil, then add the onion and curry powder, fry until onion is soft
Add tomatoes, chicken spice, water and soup powder
Cover with a lid and simmer gently for about 30 minutes or until chicken neck is cooked through
Add the diced carrots and cook for a further 5 minutes
Serve with mashed potato, sadza or rice
