Ingredients

- 750 g chicken neck
- 30 ml oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 ml Rajah mild & Spicy curry powder
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 15 ml Robertsons chicken spice
- 250 ml water
- 1 packet Knorr Chakalaka Soup
- 250 ml McCains diced frozen carrots
Preparation method
- ungrouped
- Brown the chicken necks in oil, then add the onion and curry powder, fry until onion is soft
- Add tomatoes, chicken spice, water and soup powder
- Cover with a lid and simmer gently for about 30 minutes or until chicken neck is cooked through
- Add the diced carrots and cook for a further 5 minutes
- Serve with mashed potato, sadza or rice
