Ingredients

- 15 ml cooking oil
- 1 onion chopped
- Rajah medium curry powder
- Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 kg sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 375 ml water
- Knorrox Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 bunch baby spinach cleaned and chopped
- Knorr Minestrone Soup
Preparation method
- ungrouped
- In a pot, brown the onion in oil until soft
- Add the Rajah Medium Curry Powder, Robertsons Steak & Chop Spice and tomatoes.
- Fry them for 2 minutes
- Add the sweet potatoes, water and Knorrox Chicken Stock Cube
- Stir well and bring to the boil
- Turn down the heat and allow the dish to simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on
- Mix the Knorr Minestrone Soup with 4 tablespoons of water to make a smooth paste, then add it to the pot together with the spinach and allow it to cook for a further 5 minutes
- Serve with a garden salad or steamed veg
