Creamy Chicken with Spring Vegetables
Chicken recipes have never tasted better! This great tasting weekday family meal is made using chicken strips and tasty spring vegetables.
- 500 g chicken cubes or strips
- 15 ml oil
- 5 spring onions, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Knorr chicken and Mushroom Pan Dry Cook-in-Sauce
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml water
- 25 ml chives, chopped
- Brown chicken in hot oil in a frying pan and drain off excess fat.
- Add spring onions, red pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
- Mix KNORR Fresh Ideas Chicken & Mushroom Pan sachet contents with 200 ml cold milk and 200 ml cold water in a jug.
- Pour over browned chicken and bring to the boil, stirring quite often.
- Simmer for 5-10 min and add chives.
