Creamy Chicken with Spring Vegetables

Chicken recipes have never tasted better! This great tasting weekday family meal is made using chicken strips and tasty spring vegetables.

Preparation time


500 g chicken cubes or strips
15 ml oil
5 spring onions, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
100 g mushrooms, sliced
1 Knorr chicken and Mushroom Pan Dry Cook-in-Sauce
200 ml milk
200 ml water
25 ml chives, chopped

Preparation method

Brown chicken in hot oil in a frying pan and drain off excess fat.
Add spring onions, red pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
Mix KNORR Fresh Ideas Chicken & Mushroom Pan sachet contents with 200 ml cold milk and 200 ml cold water in a jug.
Pour over browned chicken and bring to the boil, stirring quite often.
Simmer for 5-10 min and add chives.
