Grilled Ribeye Steak
Light up the braai and throw on this well-seasoned BBQ ribeye steak marinated using only two ingredients - butter and Robertsons Braai & Grill Spice.
- ½ cup butter
- 1.5 tbsp Robertsons Braai & Grill Spicy BBQ
- (About) 250 g x 2 ribeye steaks
- While fire is getting ready, heat the butter in a pan until it softens and then add the Robertsons Braai & Grill BBQ Spice. Remove from heat.
- Once fire is ready place steaks on the grill and allow to get a light brown colour on both sides.
- Once it has colour start brushing with the spiced butter while cooking to your desired doneness.
