Biltong Pesto Wraps
For an alternative version, use a cabbage leaf to wrap the filling in.
Got guests over but no power to whip up something truly impressive? Bowl them over with these fuss-free Biltong Wraps.
- 4 teaspoons prepared basil pesto
- 600 grams chilli biltong strips
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 2 teaspoons sun-dried tomato pesto (optional)
- 160 grams baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 125 ml Hellmann's Original mayonnaise
- 1 small red cabbage
- In a bowl mix together onion, basil pesto, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sun-dried tomato pesto.
- Place biltong and cabbage on wraps, drizzle with sauce mixture, finish off with baby spinach leaves and fold!
